CryptoRecharge provides its services through a network of third-party service providers (Partners). Transactions may, from time to time, fail for technical reasons or others. The User acknowledges and accepts that CryptoRcharge cannot be held responsible for any technical problem affecting his transaction. Whenever a transaction fails due to technical reasons, a user is eligible for a refund. CryptoRecharge will consider a transaction to have failed if it has received the correct information from the User (email, MSISDN), the correct amount of Digital Currency to the exact wallet address provided to the User in the checkout page and any of these three cases. Occurs:
a- The User has not received the Product
b- The product has been correctly delivered, but cannot be refunded because it has already been used
c- The product has been received but cannot be used as it is not a valid code.
CryptoRecharge will not refund Users if any of the following issues occur:
The user does not comply with the terms or other policies of the issuer with respect to the exchange of the product. For example, CryptoRecharge will not refund users who have exceeded mobile credit recharge limits, or who use VPNs for cross-border transactions, or who have violated other anti-fraud policies of the issuer.
The user provided incorrect contact or delivery information, which resulted in the product being delivered to the wrong recipient. For clarity, if the user provides the wrong phone number to top up or provides the wrong email address, the transaction will not be refunded.
When paying with your Edahabia card or CIB, we may request proof of card ownership. This involves sending us a photo of your credit card that clearly displays your name and the last 4 digit of card number, which must match your name on your National ID card, otherwise the payment may not be refunded.
Determining whether the User is entitled to a refund can be complicated and time-consuming. CryptoRecharge often has to communicate with different partners, often in different time zones, and analyze technical logs. CryptoRecharge must also verify that there is no attempt at fraud on the part of the User. While most refunds are made within 2 business days, CryptoRecharge reserves the right to a period of 2 weeks from the day the issue occurred to investigate the issue and decide whether or not it will apply the refund. The end-user’s cooperation, such as providing additional information required by customer service, usually results in a faster refund process.
Refunds are made by CryptoRecharge with a return transaction to the user in the same digital currency as the original transaction to the wallet address provided by the user. Customer Service may offer the User the possibility of receiving the Product initially requested or an alternative Product in lieu of a refund. If the User agrees to receive the Product in lieu of the refund, the User loses the right to claim the refund.
Partial payments can occur when users send an insufficient amount of digital currency needed to complete the transaction. The User will be automatically notified by e-mail that the amount is not sufficient to pay for the Product ordered. The Customer Service will offer the User either the possibility of sending the missing amount necessary to complete the transaction, or of reimbursing the User for the entire amount received for the specific order.
Any attempt by Users to obtain Products or refunds fraudulently is considered a criminal offense, and as such will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Once a product is received, no refunds will be offered.

This process will be implemented for the purpose of fraud detection or compliance with legal requirements. Privacy and security will be maintained when making such requests to customers.

Changes and Updates
